What type of information do we collect from you?


We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way. We also collect the IP (Internet Protocol) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; Registration; E-mail address; Password; Computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including the time it takes to load a website (Page Response Time), the length of time visitors stay on certain pages, page interaction information and Methods used to fetch the page. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform through which we can sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company comply with the standards of PCI-DSS administered by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint initiative of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our online store and its service provider.

How do we communicate with our website visitors?


We may contact you to notify you about your account, troubleshoot problems with your account, resolve a dispute, collect fees owed, express your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, send updates about our business, or where it is necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws and any agreement we have with you. Use of Google Analytics


Our website uses Google Analytics. This is a service for analyzing access to the Google Inc. (“Google”) website and enables us to improve our website. Protection of your data


We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act are observed both by us and by external service providers who work for us. If we work with other companies such as email and server providers to provide our services, this only happens after an extensive selection process. In this selection process, each individual service provider is carefully selected for its suitability in connection with technical and organizational skills in data protection. This selection process is documented in writing and a contract for the processing of data on behalf (ADV contract) is only concluded if it meets the requirements of § 11 BDSG. If you transmit data to us via web forms, the data is always transmitted via an encrypted connection (128-bit TLS).
